 + -1 moretold him to change the color to light, to The shutter paint was pealing off after two weeks. Called many times but no one would come out to address the problem. After about six weeks the owner came out, took the shutters down, and said it was a paint problem. He then told to that dark paint colors just don't work here in the south( Really) IHe then repainted the shutters, and it was another 3 weeks before they were installed.After the installation I was handed an additional bill of $90.00. I called to ask what in the world did he think he was charging me for now. The owner, Richard, was very rude on the phone, and started to raise his voice, at which point I hung up. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. And to tell you the truth, I have no idea of how they stay in business.
