 + -1 moreThey put everything up on those little block things. They do a good job cleaning. Before when we had it cleaned, they Scotch-Guarded the carpet. I'm gonna call them today. At this point I just wanna get the hallway and the living room done - the tough areas. It takes maybe a couple hours to clean the carpet, an hour and a half; it wasn't too long.

Description of Work: The only guys we've used was Stanley Steemer to steam clean the carpets. I had a year contract to have my carpets done every three months. They did three rooms, two area rugs and two protective.

 + 0 moreThey are so nice. They know me now because I have had my carpet and furniture done several times. They just have my price because I have called them enough times. We have used them so many times that they do things at a much lower cost, and they do beautiful work. I have my three year old grandson living here, and my carpet gets a working whenever I have got a three year old. I enjoy people who are personable, and come in, and are professional enough to get the job done, but are nice enough to be kind and be happy to do the work. They were just really nice the first time they came out and they did a really good job. I don't forget things like that. I am loyal beyond compare when somebody treats me well. I will stick with them if they are good to me.

 + -1 moreWonderful job. As usual, they took a miserably worn tenant carpet and worked miracles.
Description of Work: I have used Stanley Steamer on several of my rentals. After trying other cleaners, I have NO DOUBT, that there is no comparison in the quality of work. Stanley Steamer takes some of the most "unrecoverable looking" carpets and works miracles. Time and time again, these guys have shown me why I choose to use them, and not the competition anymore. There simply is no competition out there that compares to the quality. The price may not be the cheapest...but as I learned early on...you get what you pay for. In the case of Stanley Steamer, I get MORE than I pay for, but what I expect. These guys/gals are simply the best.
