Interior damage was included in my claim however it was left off the settlement. My insurance requested for me to take photos and measurements for the claim.I didnâ t know what to do so I reached out to Solarproof it and they sent José and Jacob. José and Jacob were very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They came in a timely manner and did the interior inspection for my insurance. I really appreciate their assistance and the through work completed. I will recommend this company to anyone needing assistance in roofing repair. Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful but solarproofit does the hard work and put the customer at ease. They are great communicators, they care about their customers. I am able to relax and know that solarproofit has my back.

Jacob Haag (Account Manager) came out and knocked on my door and explained the process on how to file a claim and also gave me a free inspection and then helped me file the claim walking me through the process. Jacob and Jose Mendez (Sales Rep/construction sub contractor) really did a very professional job on my roof as far is finding spots on my roof that I never knew was there. Handled adjuster appt. Very well pointing out damage and making it known to the adjuster in a humble manner. I would recommend them to any one. JOB WELL DONE. Awaiting check from insurance company now!!! Andrea Johnson (director of operations) and Bing Harris (Owner) has stayed in contact and helped very much throughout the whole process picking out shingle color now very excited!!!

I had them in to repair flashing and roofing around a chimney that had been damaged in recent storms. Polite, energetic, and skilled, they performed the work in a professional manner. The person who came out had pictures on this phone of how to build the needed cricket that was less expensive than i had planned. They called at the beginning of the week of our scheduled date and asked if they could come a day early--as it turned out, this was much better for my schedule as well! They took pictures on the roof and let me know about damage to the overall roof that I need to take care of. I would hire them again.

Highly recommend this company. I need to have my roof replaced and they did a superb job from start to finish. Quickly addressed any questions/concerns I had. They did a thorough job of removing all debris. If you're looking for a reliable company that does excellent roofing work then this is it.
