He did not have set working hours. He did not refinish the drywall properly from the openings he made. But the biggest, worst issue is I was charged $1000 additional funds for work i did not authorized,, I was given suggestions that i need 6 lights installed in my kitchen to replace the 4 lights but was not told that that would cost an additional price from our contracted price.The next day I was given an itemized statement of additional work but it was not work that you can see and was for changing wires that were installed by previous contractors. On top of that because I would not sign a contract to pay the 1000 dollars. I was summoned to small claims court. A lien was put on my house. Small claims court delivered a 50/50 verdict. I sent a payment, that he did not cash and then received a writ from the Sheriff's Office for collection of property. This has really been a nightmare. the sheriff office is working with me on payments
