David Sanford and his crew were great to work with! We could not have hired a better group to do the work we needed done. They built a roof over our two story porch. They removed all the old vinyl siding; replaced rotten wood; wrapped the entire house with weather proofing (which there was none under the old siding); they hung all new vinyl siding. They were so easy to work with and even added a shed roof over the side of our house where our driveway is! This was not part of the original deal but they were glad to do it and it looks amazing!

Very good work at a good price. My bathroom was rotting. They replaced the studs, replaced sheetrock with hardy board, tiled the shower to the ceiling, replaced the bathtub, sanded the ugly texture walls flat and repainted, installed two vanities and two toilets, replaced four doors.

He repaired an existing carport cover by attaching rafters, provided and installed new carport ceiling(there was a big hole in the roof of the carport previously) as well as adding a new layer of roofing to eliminate water infiltration. And after ALL that his men cleaned everything up! We are going to use his company on an upcoming project we have planned. Excellent job!

The door we chose was notoriously hard to install per reviews of the product but it had the options we wanted. The installer had never seen this one but was very professional in dealing with the challenges this door presented. Pricing was spot on and everything was completed as promised.

Dave Sanford was recommended to me by a neighbor who was just ecstatic about the work he did for her. The major thing I needed was painting the trim and soffits on my house. I also had any number of minor things that could grow into major things if I did not take care of them. I called him that afternoon and was back to me by the next day telling me he was on vacation and would call me next week. I guess he returned early because he called that Friday and came over on Saturday. I showed him what I needed done and received an email with his proposal on Monday. I asked when could he start and he said they could start tomorrow, Tuesday. It is Friday evening and everything on the list if not only fixed, it is fixed perfectly, with the highest quality material. His crew of carpenters, painters etc. were the most professional tradesmen you could ask for. Nothing was done hastily. Everything was done right. They worked on one door for hours because they were not happy with a very minor adjustment. You do not find this kind of help today. They worked on my house as if it were their own. When I let him know I wanted him to do the work he let me know that unlike other contractors he does not require any money up front and will not expect to be paid until I was completely satisfied. I knew I was in good hands. The following is a copy of his proposal listing everything they were contracted to do. I could not be happier with them. They all are true professionals and skilled in their trade. His last man left here around 7 pm. He stuck around to hang the new solar security lights that arrived yesterday. If you are looking for skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied AND at a very reasonable price, you cannot go wrong with Sanford and Associates. Remove and replace brick mould and part of jamb on rear door to carport and replace brick mould with non-rot material Remove and replace all rotten soffit and fascia and replace with new and prime and seal all new wood Clean all soffit and fascia in preparation for painting. and middot; Caulk and seal all fascia, soffit and molding against brick and middot; Remove straight lap wall siding below window at the rear elevation of the home and replace with non-rot cement fiber board, prime, seal and paint all adjoining siding. and middot; Investigate and eliminate water infiltration in window to the left of the front door, patch, sand and prime interior water damage resulting from leak. and middot; Cut limbs off the roof as a preventive measure for the roof. and middot; Check plumbing boots on the roof and replace as needed. This will be assessed at time of inspection and costs will be determined then. Should run $ 50 for one boot and $ 30 for each additional boot. (It was determined that the boots were in good shape. I have had contractors who would tell me they needed work and jack up their price while doing no work on the boots.) and middot; Paint all exterior non-brick areas which are now painted, (with the exception of the shutters, front door and garage door) the same color or close to the same color as is presently on the home. and middot; Remove and replace light on the Florida room with new light which is to be provided. and middot; Remove all spot lights on the soffits of the home and cap electrical boxes keep water out until new lights are installed. and middot; Provide concrete, form and pour ramp from drive into back yard. Put pvc pipe in new ramp to allow for rod to secure gate can go into it. and middot; Rework gates to be more structurally sound using metal brackets. and middot; Reattach loose shutters, clean and paint. and middot; Paint front door and middot; Clean up job! Total investment: $ 3,000.00 (Three thousand dollars)

They replaced the roof and installed siding. Great to work with. Very, very accommodating. Gave me a great price and the work was excellent. My house has never looked better. He was on the job himself and didn't leave until it was finished. Would absolutely recommend to friends and anyone else!
