Mr. Lackey show extreme professionalism from the begining by promptly returning my inital phone call and coming out the very next day to provide an estimate. The painting started a couple of days later with a team of 2-4 workers, depending on the day. It was nice to always see the same workers each day, and Mr. Lackey stopped by once or twice each day to answer my questions, check work, etc. The paint and products used were high quality, and the workers neat and professional. They were great about making sure I was happy with each room and all of the work in general. One of them even offered to clean some of my high windows while he had the ladder out! The team moved and covered all furniture while painting and moved it back exactly where I requested. The Russel Lackey team was great overall, and I would use them again and recommed them to anyone. Also, the estimate and final cost were almost exactly the same, so it was great to have no surprises at the end of the job.

This is how it went with Russell. We called him (we had also used his services 3 or 4 years ago for exterior trim painting so we had experience with him) and he came by 1 or 2 days later and simply walked around our rooms and we discussed colors and repairs and how long it would take. He looked everything over and said he would give us an estimate that evening on line. He submitted that estimate that same evening and we felt the estimate was fair. The next day, he sends Caleb and Eugene (the nicest people you'd ever want working in your home) over to repair the ceiling and start the project. This was Friday morning at 8AM and by 4PM, it was nearly completed except everything needed another coat of paint. Caleb and Eugene are outstanding professionals in a profession that seems to attract a lot of wannabes. They worked very steady and conscientiously until the job was done. Saturday morning, they were back at 7:30 am and meanwhile I had decided I needed the powder room painted as well (an add on). No problem, they had the paint and they went to town again. The whole project was done, with my furniture moved carefully back into place by early afternoon. It looks fantastic! I want to recognize Russell and his team for their professional service and I would recommend them and use them again and again. Their simply the "BEST"!
