I had a plan so I just assume that they come out and spray and leave a bill on the door. This is what happened in March. I know they are spraying because I only see dead bugs. When I call for indoor spraying, they have always come promptly. The tech is courteous and friendly. I'm still using them. My only negative is that the five year renewal is 500 and must be paid all at once.

I have used them for 35 years. They are all friendly, and I have never had any issues with them. They have been in business for many years, and they are good. I got a 5 years Terminix Bond from them. Their prices are reasonable.

I wasn't present. We've used Rebel for 8+ years. They've always been prompt and will come out in between treatments if new problems arise.

The scheduling and billing process is pretty easy. They do their job.

They keeps my bugs away. They are very punctual. When you call them when you see activity, they have no problem coming out within 24 hours. I am moving on Saturday, but I would keep using them if I wasn't.

I have used them for 21 years, and they are good. I would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.

They do a great job. I will continue to use them.

When we first moved to Montgomery, Rebel Pest Control was recommended to us. We called them and our technician was there about two days later. He was very pleasant and helpful. I paid him and he gave us a receipt. About a month later I noticed ants all over our back porch. I called them and they were out the next day to take care of the problem with no extra charge. The next regular service was a couple months later (these were quarterly visits) I wasn't home so they left a bill. It was a different guy, whom I never did meet. No issues here. Our third quarterly service was on my birthday, so I remember it well. It was the same guy who did the original service. I had a nice conversation with him, paid him, and he wrote "paid" all over my receipt. And this is where the problem starts. A month later, I received a bill from Rebel. I called them immediately, expecting it to be just an oversight. The secretary was very condescending. She looked up our record and said that they had no record of our payment. I explained to her what happened. She told me to check my bank account, so I did. It hadn't been cashed. I explained to her I had no problem writing a second check, but would like to know what happened to the first one. I can't recall her exact phrasing, but basically she said that I must be remembering wrong and I didn't write the check. I told her I was going to find the receipt and scan it and send it to her. She said that's fine but "we'll see". At this point my husband arrives home. I'm livid and explain how rude this woman is. We scan the receipt and he calls back. She said she received the receipt but they "would have to compare handwriting." They were accusing us of writing "paid" on the receipt! My husband told her he expected to hear back from the manager with an apology. The manager called back a few minutes later, told us we "owed him $50, it was just common sense." My husband said we had proof that we did not owe him money, at which point the manager said "You can take your $50 and shove it. Have a nice day." I have never experienced such rude customer service. We would have gladly written a second check if we had received an apology for losing the first one and had been treating fairly. What a shame!
