Phase 3 Contracting

My mother's home needed minor repairs to complete the sale of her home. Paul Chambers at Phase 3 Contracting was highly recommended by friends so we called as soon as we got his name. Paul was available within a few days of request; he was prompt, professional, and thorough with his work. He was polite, clean in his appearance and dress. He paid attention to every detail, including the vacuuming of insulation that fell from the attic stairs, breaking down boxes his materials came in, and then placing them in an out-of-the-way spot along the front curb. He seemed to think of everything, appealing to the sensitivities of an older customer (my mother). He asked me to take a look at his work (in the attic), and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions. We have recommended him to all our neighbors who are also older and know what they want done and how they want to be treated. You don't find this combination of quality workmanship, fair pricing, and exceptional courtesy in a business today. A refreshing change!
