We recently bought a foreclosure which was very dirty. The tile floors in the kitchen and dining room were a dingy gray. I had scrubbed by hand and gotten some of the dirt off, but still felt the tile and grout wasn't as clean as it could be. I called Peaches N Clean for a consult. They were very upfront with me. I had them check all the tile in my house. They said everywhere but the kitchen was in good shape and would only need basic cleaning. The kitchen needed an extra deep clean. I scheduled that service and they were out within a few days. They scrubbed and scrubbed and the dirt they got up was unbelievable! I couldn't believe I was walking around on it. My tile and grout were completely different colors when they were done. Amazing. And, they were on time, called when they were on their way, and very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

They were very good. They picked the rugs up and did a great job cleaning them. They are a professional service provider.

My husband and I recently bought a foreclosed home. The carpet was in terrible condition with many stains, burns, heavy traffic area staining, and even contained a horrible smell. We assumed that the carpet would have to be replaced but figured that we would try to have it cleaned first. We called many differenct carpet cleaning businesses in our area and we are very impressed with Peaches 'N Clean. Their office staff seemed very knowledgable about the carpet cleaning process and was very helpful with scheduling an appointment that best fit our busy schedule. The young men who came to clean our carpets were very professional and well mannered. The young men explained the process to us and worked very hard at all the different issues we had with our "destroyed" carpets. My husband and I were amazed with the job that Peaches 'N Clean did! The carpets look so much better! Even the musty smell is gone! After we noticed the incredible difference in the carpets, we decided to have them clean a large oriental rug and a chair. Both the rug and the chair look great as well! We have now decided NOT to replace the carpet due to the incredible job that Peaches 'N Clean has done. We could not be happier with the job that Peaches 'N Clean did. I would highly reccomend Peaches 'N Clean to anyone and everyone!

Cleaning supervisor, Paul, who has been fired and who is NO longer an employee of Peaches ?n Clean, said that I needed to have their carpet repair technician to come over to look at an existing installation recently done by H&H Carpet. He stated the 14ft installed piece would not last six months because it was fraying. He was pulling fibers out around the area at the seam. My carpet is a high-end brand name by SHAW purchased at H&H Carpet five years ago. Paul then made a call outside and came back into my home and said a carpet repair technician that works for Peaches ?n Clean was close by and it would be a matter of minutes and he would assess the situation and could re-do my carpet the right way. I immediately called H&H Carpet and told them that Peaches ?n Clean said the recent install would not last six months. I asked them to hold my $150 check for the recent repair. They did and never deposited it. Peaches ?n Clean?s carpet technician arrived. He and Paul discussed the carpet in front of me and then the cleaning crew left. The carpet repair technician said it was bad and he could re-do the carpet ?the right way? within the next few days. He said he could get extra carpet from Carol?s Carpet. That never happened. He gave me his Peaches ?n Clean cell phone number and left. I then took pictures. It looked fine but I was deeply concerned that it would not last six months as stated by Peaches ?n Clean. After weeks of trying to contact Peaches ?n Clean?s carpet repair technician, with absolutely no response, I called General Manager, Mr. Tim Lawrence. He apologized and got his carpet technician on the phone while I was also on the phone. I heard the GM and Matt converse, and then his carpet technician quickly arrived within an hour that day. The GM told his carpet repairman to make the repair at no charge. It took him a little over an hour. When he arrived, he told me that because my calls were ignored and he could not get the extra carpet as he said he would, that the repair would free of charge. He was very apologetic. He then measured and said that I needed to order a new carpet piece. I ordered and purchased the new piece of my SHAW carpet from H&H Carpet, it was $200. Matt came out and replaced the original piece of carpet with the new carpet and it looks AWFUL?TERRIBLE!! There is a substantial seam and the carpet was not cut straight. It is so crooked!!! There are two 5? gaps where the carpet was not attached to the existing carpet. He also used the same new trim by hammering it down. Now, there are DENTS ALL OVER the new, once-smoothed chromed trim. I took pictures of the repair. SEE PHOTOTS BELOW OF BOTCHED REPAIR!! I then contacted the General Manager, Mr. Tim Lawrence, and he said that although Matt is their carpet repair technician for Peaches ?n Clean he was not on the clock and does some work on the side. How was I supposed to know he was not on the clock? When I asked Mr. Lawrence, the GM, this question, he said that I ?should have known because their carpet repair technician was in his own vehicle and not driving one of Peaches ?n Cleans CLEANING vans.? How absurd. H&H Carpet?s technician drove his own vehicle to my home. I made the check out to H&H not some other company and if Peach?s ?n Clean had not made the repair for free, I would have paid Peach?s ?n Clean. I received a business card (PEACHES "N CLEAN) from the carpet repairman and was never told until after the repair. Today, Tri County Appliance repairman came to fix my mircrowave, he arrived in his own vehicle and not a company car! I made my check out to Tri County Appliance! When the GM called his carpet repair technician and Matt responded so quickly, he took an order from his boss. If there was some other company involved, WHY didn?t Mr. Lawrence tell me at that time or state it was not a Peaches ?n Clean related problem??? Instead, HE called his technician to get over to my home immediately and make the repair at no charge. After talking with him and listening to his excuses for over 20 minutes, I did not hang up the phone abruptly as stated in Peach?s ?n Cleans response below. My phone simply went dead and I could no longer contact the GM right away. I then, emailed the owner, Pamela Martin, my experience with Peaches ?n Cleans cleaning crew, the terrible repair, along with a copy of my Angie?s List report. She responded by saying that because I could not produce an invoice from Peaches ?n Clean or from their carpet technician, they were not going to be liable. How convenient. There was no charge, therefore, no invoice for me to produce! And, she said if I did post such a complaint, she would go after me for a ?false? report! Wow. PEACHES ?N CLEAN, YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR PHONE RECORDS ON THE ABOVE DATED INVOICE WHERE YOUR TECHNICIAN CALLED YOUR OTHER TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT TO MY HOME. ALSO ON THE DATE YOUR GM CALLED YOUR TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT AGAIN TO DO THE REPAIR AT NO CHARGE. MY RECORDS INDICATE THERE WAS NEVER A CALL MADE FROM ME ON THOSE DAYS. I thought I was getting a good, quality cleaning and repair from Peaches ?n Clean. Now, I am stuck with botched repair that Peaches ?N Clean say they take NO responsibility for. I am appalled that the OWNER of her company would reply in such a manner to a FIRST TIME customer. When you think of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION or SERVICE and voice your concern, you certainly don?t expect to be threatened. Carol's Carpet assessed the repair to be $150 plus new carpet, $200 more!! Today I called H&H Carpet?s repair technician and asked him to please come out. He arrived within a few hours in his own vehicle and does NOT use a company vehicle at all. As soon as he walked in the door, he was STUNNED!! He first stated it is a huge ?eye soar? as soon as you walk into my beautiful home. He said the cut is terribly crooked. He pointed out the two 5? gaps where the carpet was NEVER attached to the original carpet properly. He said that his trim was all dented up by a hammer. Then he got on his knees, looked into the seam and showed me a 1/8? gap from the beginning to the end of the 14ft seam where it was not connected to the original carpet. He said the carpet NEVER needed to be repaired or replaced and that he seamed it perfectly and ANY new install would have a little fraying for a little while. He then stated his repair would have lasted as long as I had the carpet! H&H Carpet?s repair technician said that what Peaches ?n Clean did was just unnecessary, they lied to make him look bad, and must have needed the work. He then said he has been doing carpet installation and repairs for OVER 20 years and has never seen anything like this before. He said Peaches ?n Cleans 20-something year-old young guy didn?t know what he was doing and it was just wrong for them to do me this way. So many carpet places are amazed Matt couldn't cut the carpet straight!!! That he dented up the trim! He didn't know what he was doing. IT"S JUST WRONG WHAT PEACHES 'N CLEAN HAS DONE TO ME AND MY HOME. I called the owner of H&H Carpet and told him to go ahead and cash my check for the $150 initial repair job, and explained to him what had happened. He was so nice and said Peaches ?n Clean called their repair technician out and they are responsible for their mistakes just as he is. He said he remembers the call I made to H&H Carpet while Peaches ?n Cleans cleaning crew was at my home. He stated he is in the business to satisfy and make his customer?s happy. That is exactly what H&H Carpet does. H&H Carpet?s repair technician said he could pull up the new carpet, re-seam it, and fix the two huge gaps. He said I would need new trim (again) and that it would still be crooked?unless I ordered another piece of carpet, $200 (again). Total cost, $275. I wanted to have my tile and hardwood floors cleaned, along with my upholstery, but I can no longer trust Peaches ?n Clean. If there was ever a concern, I would not feel comfortable contacting Peaches ?n Clean, because they just make excuses and more excuses. I am so thankful Angie?s List, Facebook, and the Better Business Bureau is there for us to try to hold those who ARE accountable. Myself, family, friends, neighbors, and other businesses will see this ?eyesore? until I can get this matter resolved with Peaches ?n Clean. I would like H&H Carpet to come back and fix Peaches ?n Clean?s botched repair and be compensated accordingly. Once this is done, then all is well with me and I can move forward. I could NEVER recommend or hire Peaches ?n Clean after what they have put me through!! Customers must be warned. You just don't know WHAT you will get when you hire these very young, inexperienced guys. SEE PHOTOS BELOW. PEACHES 'N CLEAN SURELY CAN'T BE TRUSTED BECAUSE THEY LIE ABOUT WHO'S DOING THEIR WORK! Peaches came and cleaned my carpet. They were on time, which is the most important quality to me. They were also professional, quick, and the result was beautiful. I would definitely do business with them again.

I've used them several times. They always show up on time. They are very nice and professional. They talk to you about the carpet and ask questions before they begin. They ask how old the carpet is and if there are any trouble spots that they need to concentrate on. They are very nice to work with and they seem to know what they are doing. I would recommend them. They are pricey but I think it is worth it.

Excellent, professional service. Arrived exactly when planned. As I was moving, the rug was returned wrapped and ready for shipment by the movinging company. I highly recommend Peaches 'n Clean!

After purchasing a house from dog owners, I wanted to have the carpet cleaned before moving my furniture in. On short notice (2 days advance), the company was able to add me as a "work in." I was doubtful that they could take care of me, as they have a pretty active customer base. The crew contacted me the promised 20 minutes in advance and showed up promptly. They were courteous and inquisitive, but not pushy. They accurately answered all questions I had and swiftly took steps to get the job done.
