+ -1 moreWe wanted a complete re-wire of our 1961 home. The wiring was non-standard, and in desperate need of upgrade. We called several local vendors in the area, and Mr Electric gave us the best quote. They were very thorough in their pre-sale inspection of our home. The electrician was up front with what he found, and what we needed to get up to code. He (Thomas) also told us that if we wanted to replace fixtures, now was the time, as they would have to be pulled anyway. He also explained that they would minimize interruptions to us, by planning and executing their work in stages, basically room-by-room, in a logical fashion. In addition, we decided to add a transfer switch to run the house on generator during power outages. Thomas integrated that into the install, making sure that key circuits would be powered in an emergency. Overall, I am more than pleased with the service and work from Mr Electric. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The representative who took my call immediately set up an appointment for a free quote the next day. The electrician arrived on time. He was very professional and a very positive attitude. He made serval suggestions and was able to complete my job with the week. He treated my home like it was his own. I highly recommend this company for your electrically needs and I personally will use Mr. Electric for future electrical needs.

+ -1 moreElectrician was unable to fix problem charged $372.35. Plus we had to purchase from Lowe's parts to repair light fixture and cover a hole drilled by electrician in order to access wires.
Description of Work: Called on 12/29/2016 service man was on time the next day at 9am. The issue was lights flickering under load in the whole house and three outlets dropping voltage under load on one wall/circuit. We were instructed to call power company about flickering lights as the electrician found nothing other than a return neutral not being insulated properly to the weather head. Then he attempt to fix the three outlets that were not working to no success. Finally we have all the same problems as we had before calling Mr. Electric plus a few minor ones and we are out almost $400.00. I expected to pay the $194.35 for the troubleshooting as I was told about that over the phone when I called. Paid $400.00 and problem not resolved is sad. The electrician did say he had another appointment that he had to push back and needed to go but for another service call ($194.35) he could return and fix our outlets. Needless to say I will not be calling again.

+ -1 moreGreat-I I was able to get a quote over the phone. Terry was prompt and explained everything that would be done and showed it to me also. He looked at another minor electrical issue while he was here and gave me some advice. He also recommended that the electric box will need to be replaced eventually and gave me a price. He advised we budget for this little by little since it wasn't urgent but would need to be done eventually.

He wanted a professional that wouldn't do a bad job . It was worth it we can play outside in the dark and my kids won't fall going down dark porch stairs. They are very professional and very nice people .
