Description of Work: Mr. Dawson retiled two bathrooms around tubs. Good work. However he did not come back to finish the touch-up paint work that I had already paid him.

+ -1 moreI got 3-4 estimates for around $500 - $575 to retile bathroom around the tub area once I knocked out all the tile myself. Mr. Dawson quoted approx $150-200 less. These estimates included me buying all the tile, grout, bullett(?) pieces, shower head, hot/cold and spout parts as well. Mr. Dawson was prompt, professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I told him we don't have much but what we do have we worked hard for and wish to keep all our household items such as they are. Mr. Dawson held a key to our home while we worked and because of what I had said, he worked alone inside our home. Not only did he do a perfectionist job, he is honest and trys to save the customer money to boot. Mr. Dawson is scheduled to do our second bathroom a month later so that we can save the money between times. He is willing to work with you on an agreed upon timeline. Mr. Dawson holds true to the contract you sign. Mr. Dawson's business contract has lapsed but you can clearly see by his work that he knows exactly what he is doing and he does an excellent job! My husband and I are very pleased and will call him for all work needed for my immediate family members and friends. He's a great secret to keep to yourselves so you can have first dibs. Very reliable and very respectful.
