Mike's Lawn Service

I had been using MIKE'S Lawn Service for over a year. He began to get very sloppy over a period of time. On July 1. 2010, he cut my grass and was to trim some limbs as well spray the trees, but he was to busy that day. He told me that he would be back early Saturday. At 12.30 p.m, I called to see if he was going to come as I had other things to do. He said that he was looking up my number to call and let me know that he had 12 yards to do that day but he would come at 8:00 Sunday morning. He came and cut the limbs but didn't do the spraying and he also removed he sign that was in the yard. He never talked to me that day or let me know he wasn't going back to do any work. I feel that anyone that can't keep his work isn't very reliable and someone that you can't trust. This year he has began forgetting when he was to come and what he had told me. He has added to many yard and can't keep up with what he should be doing.
