Excellent, professional results. The sunroom looks great and the recessed area for the tv is lovely. Would hire again in a minute. In fact, we'll need to update the kitchen soon and I intend to call Lisenby.

Mr. Lisenby took his valuable time to evaluate the problem and made suggestions as to how I could resolve the situation.

I contacted Lisenby Construction after finding them on Angie's List. Mr. Lisenby came by to provide an estimate for a kitchen remodel. I was told I needed a detailed plan, and he could provide a name of a designer to do that. That plan could cost between $500-$1000. I had a plan (from an online virtual designer) and sent that to him by email. About a week later, after not hearing anything, I contacted him by email. I recieved a response that simply said he would work on it. Nothing after that. I hired another company for the project.

David is my go-to person when something needs to be updated. HIs price is fair for the work performed. I have known David for a long time and respect and trust him and his word.

The quote was about $25000. They were friendly, prompt and everything was nice. The estimate was a little high for the value of the home. Their work would have been fine, but it was too overpriced for the neighborhood and the house that I was doing. They were real nice.

From the time I talked to David on the phone, we knew they would be the ones doing the work. He was very polite, met me promptly, gave me suggestions, and had my estimate for painting and some general fix-up work quickly. His workers were very tidy, on time and did a beautiful job. His company is what you look for in a remodeling contractor. I will be using him again and again. I have been recommending Lisenby Construction to all my friends. They have built an aging in place home for a friend retiring, as well as remodeling for two of my other friends. It is nice to see that integrity and pride in your work is still alive in Montgomery, AL.

Overall in went fantastically well. The workers were friendly, professional, and worked hard and fast. The kitchen looked fantastic and just as we expected. The tile work on the backsplash was beautifully done, and the floors looked fantastic. Everthing was done in a timely if not faster than expected. And my kitchen looked fantastic when it was all said and done. We loved it!!!!! There have been four repairs done about 2 years after the job was finished. We had a kitchen drawer repaired. Three floor tiles needed to be reinstalled, the dishwasher wasn't installed securely enough and a shelf in the pantry broke. All things were repaired within a few days of my husband calling about it. But the repair of the floor did not last, within a few months the grout is crumbling again, the pantry shelf was not repaired properly (tape was used) since the part for it is no longer made, so it is broken again. The dishwasher is wiggling again and is difficult to use. Since it has been 4 years since the job was done, we are reluctant to call again with these repairs and will probably hire a handyman to do the job for us instead. But please don't let this review stop you from using them. They do know what they are doing, and I am sure that if we spoke up again with our issues they would probably come back and make things better. It is our choice not to. The job was done quickly and professionally and I would highly recommend them.
