+ -1 moreJeff is wonderful. Great with my dog and little boy. Makes sure everything is safe for both of them. Bugs don't stand a chance and snakes run for the hills if he arrives.
Description of Work: Jeff sprays our home on a quarterly basis for bugs but more importantly he is on my speed dial for snakes. Comes as soon as he can to help catch the snakes that come into the yard form the swamp.

+ -1 moreWe had a scheduled appointment and he showed up when he said he was going to. He was friendly and said that if we have any issues, he will come back anytime for free. Overall, a much better experience with pest control than at our last house. The previous company we worked with set traps to see what kind of bugs we had, he did not do that, but seemed very familiar with the area and the variety of pest we would encounter.
Description of Work: Sprayed inside and out for bugs. Not a lot of frills, just "what are you concerned with" and "do you want me to spray inside in addition to outside?"

+ -1 moreThey are very punctual. The person that we use has only had to come back one time throughout the many years we have used them. They do good quality work. I have used them for many years, and I will continue to use their services.
Description of Work: I use their pest control services. They spray around my house for pest and take care of the mice and rats in the shop that we have next to my house.
