+ -1 moreIt was very frustrating to say the least and they wasted a lot of my precious time. I wish I would have moved on in the beginning, when it took so long to even get a return call. So much for giving a company the benefit of the doubt. (too many times)
Description of Work: I Called for an estimate. It took two days for a response and that was after I called again. It then took three more days to get an apt for someone to even come out to chat and look at the possible job. Subsequently took weeks (2.75) to get a response regarding the estimate. I was then told I would receive one shortly. I did not receive a call back so I went with one of the other two estimates that I received promptly. Jones brothers estimate finally arrived in the mail. Too late. The estimate fell in between the other two estimates. I would not have chosen them merely on the poor customer service to my calls and visits. What if I had a problem after the job. It would take quite a lot of requests for assistance I predict.

Description of Work: They replaced roof and part of the roof needed some wood replaced they did that. They came and got it all finished in one day. |As soon as we booked them they came out and put a tarp on where we had a leak. Since it was going to be a week and half before they could get here. We really appreciated that. |They are also very good at cleaning up before they leave.

Description of Work: Jones repaired a leak, removed a dormer, and replaced an attic fan. There have been no leaks since the repair. The removal of the dormer and fan replacement appear to better ventilate the attic. All in all good job. The sales team was very professional and helpful.

Description of Work: They re-roofed our house, removing the old roof and replacing a few boards. They also added needed amenities such as an attic fan, a gutter over our outside air conditioner compressor, and new collars around every vent pipe. The architectural roof is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly as promised. They called early in the morning and asked if they could come roof our home that same day and arrived about an hour-and-a-half later. By 5:00 PM they were completely finished, leaving everything perfectly clean. I highly recommend Jones Brothers Roofing to anyone needing a new roof for their thoroughness, efficiency, and professionalism.

We chose Jones Brothers Roofing for the second time of roofing needs. Jones Brothers is superb in its sales and customer-service skills. The salesperson, Sherman Creel, was the friendlinest and most honest person. We were not put under high pressure, and we felt perfectly comfortable with asking questions as he at our dining room table. This was the second roof installation by Jones Brothers. We have never had to ask them to come back for any type of poor workmanship, leaks, etc. This company keeps its promises regarding appointment dates for consultation as well as for its roofers. They definitly will be employed again the next time a new roof is need.
Description of Work: Jones Brothers replaced our entire roof in June of 2011.
