+ 0 moreOur experience was wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about them. They never made a mess in the house. I was going through a really rough time because my husband was in the hospital when they were here. They were very compassionate. They went out of their way to help me in any way they could. They just made having people in my house doing work much easier to take, given the circumstances that I was under at the time. They were very good, they worked hard, they were in and out of here in no time. I was surprised at the price, I thought it would be a lot more than that.
Description of Work: I last used Jenkins Brick & Tile in January to put in a granite counter top and a tile back splash.

+ -1 moreI have worked a lot with them. They were just good. They were not only most reasonably priced but were professional. They were able to help and the customer service was good. They were right on the money.
Description of Work: I used Jenkins Brick & Tile Co to do our bathroom and do work all the way up to the kitchen and the floor in the office. They also do the tile, granite countertops, granite fire place, and bathrooms. They will come in and not only do the work but also have their own staff that helps us pick up samples and help to match it with rest of the décor. The last time they came was for the granite countertops.

+ -1 moreJenkins Brick was very prompt to wait on me in their contractor area and loaded the mortar into my SUV for me (they asked if I wanted them to put some plastic down first, as the mortar bags were pretty dusty, which proved to be a good idea!
Description of Work: I bought approximately 9 60 pound bags of mortar for a home improvement job at our house in Wetumpka, AL.

+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the work. Commerical tile manager was very knowledgeable and made sure every detail was communicates so there were no surprises. Their interior designer was extremely helpful and made some great suggestion we had not thought of and even helped save us some money. They have a great show room and the work was done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: The workers were on-time, professional and cleaned as the went. No cancelations or rescheduling and they were very knowledgable of remodeling kitchens. We used there in-house interior designer to help pick out granit and backsplash and we were allowed to personnally go to the granit yard and pick out the piece we wanted to use so we could see the exact patterns and shading verse just looking at a picture.

Description of Work: They checked my fireplace for a water leak. They replaced the chimney cap. They charged me a nominal fee for the labor and no charge for the part.
