Description of Work: Independent Glass replaced a broken window pane at my front entrance. This was the first time that I ever had to have a window replaced, and I was extremely pleased with their work. The price was very reasonable as well, considering the time and effort it took to get the old broken glass out and the new pane in. I highly recommend Independent Glass.

We received an estimate, the order was placed and we were called to schedule the installation as soon as the glass came in; the surround was replaced the following week. It took 2 half days because the caulking needed to set up. The work area (inside and around the shower install) was left spotless. I rated the price as a "B" however, I didn't comparison shop so I really can't say where the price fell on the scale.

(This is the 2nd time we've used this company. The first was for a shower enclosure and we were very happy with their service then as well.)
