The owner came to the house and brought samples. Once the decision was made he provided a wirtten estimate. This was a vacant house getting repaired for renting. The owner was given a key. The installers came and went in one day. The carpet installation was very clean. All the seams and wall lines were very smooth. The carpet was even steamed cleaned after installation. It was like the carpet fairy came and went. Excellent job.

.They were responsive to my complaints and actually made the subcontractor come back. 1. Missed areas of staining 2. Poorly stained areas 3. Swirl marks left in wood floor 4. Baseboards scrapped the entire length of board from sander. 5. Polyurethane specks 6. Poorly sanded areas Subcontractor did come back but spot sanded areas on a continuous floor and stilled missed stained area around stairs After calling me, and not resolving the issues, I was still pressured to pay the full amount. We settled on less amount. I was not welling to allow the sub-contractor back into my. As he lied to me about what he was going to do to correct the problem and did not. Unfortunately, Hand H Carpet subcontractor did them wrong. I ended up paying another $10,000 to fix the issue above.

They were kind of expensive; it was about $200 for a small carpet repair. I liked that they showed up on time and did good work. I would probably not use them again in the future.

I wanted them to repair some damage, and they did not really have any knowledge of how to proceed. I would not use them in the future based on my experience with them, and it was not so much the price that was the problem. It was hard to get in touch with them because they would not return phone calls, would not keep appointments and stuff like that. The estimate was free.
