We purchased flooring, glue, and t-molding from them. The t-molding was not in stock so it had to be ordered. Because of the delay we found another option for molding, and when theirs arrived we asked to return them for a partial refund. They then claimed to have given us too much of a military discount on the flooring, and because of their mistake decided to penalize us and not honor their refund policy on the t-molds! Very unprofessional in my opinion, I will never be shopping there again.

We had three quotes from local firms. GA Floors was the lowest cost of the three with comparable quality. ?Highest estimate was $22000, next highest was $17000. GA Floors was $15500. Installation went smoothly. The installers, husband and wife team, were very friendly, very skilled, and easy going. The job was initially estimated to take 3 or 3 1/2 days, it actually took 5 days but it was a very big job. Lots of furniture to move. One mistake was when GA floors gave them some carpet from two different rolls for one of the bedrooms, so the direction of a 3' swath was different than the rest of the room. ?GA floors replaced the carpet the next day without question. Very professional. Everyone likes the way the carpet and hardwood turned out. ?We are very happy with the results, the price and the overall experience.

I was talking to the gentlemen about the flooring and we had decided on color and style that wanted. He had asked me about come out to measure the areas and I was thinking about whether I wanted them to come and he said that he needed to get one of his cards. He went to the desk to get it and when did two customers that had come in after me went to talking to him and he went to waiting on them. He just left me standing there and expecting him to finish our business but much have decided was worth waiting on. I would not recommend this company. There professionalism is to very questionable. They must choose who they would like to do business with and I wasn't one of them. I had decided to let them come and measure but never got the chance to tell him and never even noticed that I was walking out. He was to busy to pay attention to anyone else since they were someone knew.
