I was using another service prior to this. I don?t have any problems at all with them. Their service is prompt.

I recently lost the combination to my safe. When I called Furlongs who installed it, they stated they did not have it on file and would need to send someone out. What they would not tell me was that they could call the manufacturer and get it (2 minutes on the phone). I tried to give them the serial number and other info but they would not take it. They were only after the service call charge of coming to my house. I made it clear that I wanted the combination only. When the rep arrived, she actually thought it was to drill it open (unprepared), which would cost at least twice as much. They knew what they could do but wanted the money instead. Do not ever use these people for anything. It will cost much more than the safe!!! When I called to complain, the lady I spoke to made it clear that I was not a valued customer and that I could go elsewhere next time. Again, BEWARE!!! Prior to reaching a manager, the office personnel refused to allow us to speak to someone else and even stated that who the manager was or even when he/she would be available could not be told. I got another company to call for me. The manager stated that the home visit was to establish my identification. Good Point, however, it would have been easier and cheaper for the customer to bring in the deed and identification. This option was not offered. Nonetheless, when she arrived, she did not ask for my identification so for all she knew I could have been a robber. Blows what the manager said out of the water. DON'T TRUST!!!
