Description of Work: They cleaned the pool...cleaner than I've ever seen it. Rebalanced the chemicals, as well as getting rid of a stubborn algae.

+ -1 moreThey were a little slow in the initial response but did get bacl to me and did a good job of spring cleaning my pool. They did such a good job that I went ahead and enrolled in their weekly maintenance program. They've done a great job all summer and the service is quite affordable.

Description of Work: With the torrential rains we received in Montgomery last night, we woke up to an overfull pool. Backwashed it real quick and waited to find a pool company who we could MAYBE trust. (dealt with several others that just didn't give me a warm fuzzy) They called me back quickly and they assured me that I should not worry about some bubbling in the 4 corners of the pool and we should let it sit for a few days. However, David came out to double check (still raining pretty hard at this time) our pool. He had mentioned that he had alot of calls today. His own pool was having issues too. He left saying the same thing. Sit and wait. He told us to call him if we see anything change after a dry spell but most specifically after April. He WAS AMAZING!, along with his co-worker. After some poor customer service from some Montgomery pool companies, I have never been more satisfied with this gentlemans work. 5 out of 5 stars!

Description of Work: We are using their monthly service and are very pleased with their communication about services and their quality of service. They are friendly, competent, and professional. We have just started the service but are pleased so far. We received a recommendation from friend whose father used this service and was extremely pleased. We were going to go with another pool service, but we are pleased that we went with this service. They called when it rained to let us know that they would be doing the pool service the next day.

+ -1 moreHe has the best prices and does the best work. He has been doing this for 40 years after he retired from the air force. He is one of the nicest guys I ever want to meet and he does good work fast. What happened was my pool motor broke and so over the course of the winter, so many leaves and stuff got in there and water got too black and then finally I got it replaced and then a whole another winter went by and I really did not use it because the water was ruined up. Fagan had put that motor; he had it up and running it about 10 minutes. I could never get the water cleared out. He is hard to get a hold of because he is so busy, he is that good. I have used him since 1988 from my old house and when we moved out in the country and we put a pool and it was great. He does great work and quickly. I am going to call him in few days to redo all the plumbing.
