+ -1 moreHe owes me $2000 dollars + for work not performed. Poor communication after down payment. Then no communication, I made every attempt to contact him. He is a very friendly fellow, do not trust him or pay any money upfront.
Description of Work: Ripped me off. Poor and incomplete construction of landing and stairs. Never even started screened room.

+ -1 moreThis guy is a crook. We provided $9000 up front for materials and labor. The work they did do was poor. Left the work uncompleted with few materials on site. Phone disconnected. Skipped out on work. Project maybe 30% completed poorly. We were screwed. Plan to file legal dispute, but little hope of $$ recovery.
Description of Work: Was supposed to build 3 outdoor decks per specs and drawings provided.
