Cook's Pest Control

We had some damage. They examined the rest of the house and put out bait traps. The young man who came to inspect was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained that with bait traps there is no need to use invasive methods in the house or on concrete patio. Aeach trap is numbered and inspected for activity. We signed a contract with them and are very happy with their service. I highly recommend this business.

Cook's is our favorite pest control company we have ever used. They are very thorough, and I like their approach: 1st visit they treat the inside of your house, then all visits after that are external yard treatments. The philosophy is, if bugs are treated outside they will not likely get inside. It has worked very well in the 6 years we have used Cook's. I can call anytime with and quot;Hey, seeing a few spiders on the deckand quot; or and quot;Fireants around the drivewayand quot; and they will come out within a day or two and tackle the problem--no extra charge! We love their service, friendly staff, and effectiveness. Wholeheartedly recommend Cook's!

Overall, the job was pretty good. I do not have many comments for them.

I think they provide a pretty good service. I'm not totally happy. They are always here on time.

Cook's Pest Control the staff the technicians are all very friendly and I haven't had a problem. They have been wonderful. It's based on the square footage of your house. They are very reasonable for what they do. Mainly the technician that services the account is great, but they don't actually come inside your house and spray they do other means. They treat outside so they don't even get inside your house. I just like their approach and their technicians that have been servicing the account.

Their service seems to work. They are courteous and professional.

They always call before they come. The service man is very courteous and they are here when they say they will be here. They are very reasonable.

We spend $33 a month for them to come out once a month and spray for bugs and insects. We moved into this house a year ago and we didn't want to go with the same company that sprayed before so Cook's took over an existing contract that we already had. Since they took over from that company they offered us a great deal plus we are retired military so it's hard for me to give a price on the termite service. It wouldn't be the price that somebody else would pay. Cook's actually installed some devices outside. They are courteous and they are here on time every time. They call before they come to let us know. They are very professional.

They were on time, dependable. They answered my questions. The only thing I didn't like is I had some issues that kept recurring and it wasn't rectified as soon as possible which was rare. Other than that they were pretty consistent.

They do an adequate job; they do what they are supposed to do.

I was greeted by the Pest control "specialist" at my home. He began his entire presentation telling me how the other companies were not good and they didn't know what they were doing. He did tell me why he thought theirs was best, as expected, but he spent most of his time telling me how bad the other companies are. After sitting with him for over an hour I was very discouraged in the company. I did my homework with the help of a friend in entomology. I found the products that best fit my home and situation, Cook's does not use this product. When he called back the following week and I explained that they did not perform the services I needed, he began berating the other companies. When I explained that they are what I want, he began berating me and treating me like i knew nothing. I explained to him that I am a very intelligent person who does her homework and I know what I need, and he does not have it. He continued to berate me and the other company. I finally had to hang up on him as he would not relent. If i had not already made my mind, I would have at that moment. I would never use a company whose "specialists" are so rude and unprofessional to potential clients
