Mr. Lee was very respectful. Was able to explain everything he was doing and was very determined to figure out the problem and give me the remedy and upfront about the price. Mr. Lee was wonderful! He was professional, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He came out within an hour from calling! He cleaned my AC outside and then changed his shoes before servicing the part inside my home. I would highly recommend.
