Our air conditioner went out and I called Comfort Air to diagnose and repair. It was a Friday evening, after hours. They were prompt to arrive and professional in their conduct. They diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a replacement condenser fan and starting capacitor. Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem. They only charged me for the labor even though the parts they replaced were in fact bad. They inspected my HVAC system and due to its age and condition recommended replacing the whole system. They answered all my technical and commercial questions (I am an engineer so I am often left unsatisfied in this area) and I had a quote from them within a few hours. I conducted a lot of online research regarding my system and their recommendations and concluded this was the best option. I secured additional quotes from other reputable installers in our area. Comfort Air had the lowest quote and their knowledge, professionalism and warranty was equivalent or better. They arrived at my door on schedule the day of the install. They laid down heavy drop cloths to protect our flooring, they moved furniture out of walkways to avoid the risk of damage. They quickly engaged in their work and interacted with us politely while they were in our home. They clearly explained the warranty for my new equipment and discussed what I need to do to properly maintain it. I had several issues registering my product on the equipment manufacturer?s website. I called Comfort Air a week later and explained the situation. They registered the product for me and within two days I had hard copies in my mail box for my records. I could not be happier with their service.

I had talked with 4 other HVAC contractors before I talked with Rick Young @ Comfort Air. I have never been so happy with a decision that I have made than this decision to go with Comfort Air. The team at Comfort Air were some of the most professional I have ever has the pleasure to do business with. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Rick was the only HVAC contractor that I talked with that was on time for the initial estimate. Rick communicated with me throughout the process to let me know what to expect. There were no surprises throughout the entire process. The price was the most reasonable of any quotes I had gotten. An incredible value. His crew members were very hardworking, professional, considerate and friendly. They consulted me on every move that they made. The work that was done was exceptional.
