They are excellent and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with them was good.

They've always done a nice job. They are reliable. I don't know about their price because I don't have anyone to compare them to. I'm sure that they don't try to overcharge me. They are responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future unless I find somebody cheaper on Angie's List. As a matter of fact I will be calling them in the future to check on some plumbing repairs needed.

It was a year contract. I plan to use them again and they seemed knowledgeable and were timely.

The installation was completed in a timely manner and the tech's were very courteous and knew their job well and did good work. The tech's also cleared all old parts and cleaned the area of debris. The sales and office staff have been very helpful in answering any questions I had. The A/C and Heating unit has worked quite well since the installation (about a month) and I am very pleased with the performance.

I haven't gotten around to put my remarks on them. They had really good ratings as well, and that was the reason I picked them. They didn't do what I asked them to do. I told them what system I had. I asked them if they serviced that particular brand, and they said yes. They came out and took one look, preceded to tell me all the bad things about the system I had. I should spend $15000 to rip it all out, and put in the system that they carry. I wasn't really happy with the process. I am sure they are a good company, and stand-alone. They are a well-known brand. It just so happened, the house that I bought didn't have the most popular brand of air conditioning I can get. I understand that most people don't carry it anymore; but if they don't carry it, they should say they don't carry it and service it. I have had two other companies telling me that, and that is fine. They made an appointment over the phone, and they showed up on time.

This is a great family owned company. The Clarks are friendly and professional. They are one of my favorite companies in town. When Robby Clark cleaned out my dryer vent, it was a large wad (size of a basketball). He did this during the visit to service the AC unit. I am very pleased with their service plan because it gives me discounts and preferential scheduling. They are a terrific company and are very professional. They are always very careful to clean up any mess that might get made. I highly recommend them.

They came to my rescue back in Jan 2010 when it was freezing cold. My furnace died of old age and I was trying to tough it out with space heaters, but it was just too cold that year. I was off one morning in January and it was so cold, even with most of my house shut off and 4 big spaces heaters running at full blast I gave in and decided it was time to call for help. I called several places and Clarks was the only company that returned my call that morning. They had this kind gentleman come to my home within an hour. They had their techs out the next morning and by that afternoon, I had central heat again. It was wonderful. Everyone at the company was professional and nice as they could be. Cleaned up their mess and left everything tidy. They even wore booties over their shoes. This past November, they replaced my old central AC unit and now I am set for the next 15 years or more. I was so fortunate they were the one Company that responded to my call that morning back in January because I don't believe anyone else would have treated me with more care than Clarks. Thanks guys!!!

Extremely well! Each time we have called Clark (the contractor that installed the HVAC system) they have always been punctual, professional, and thorough. They have always considered us to be under warranty as some of the problems were with the system they initially installed. However, this last time it was a problem with the duct work put in by someone else, and they took care of it and still didn't charge us. We are always pleased with their work and highly recommend them to others in the area.

Have never had a problem with them.

a/c went out at 6:30 am on wednesday , called Clark when they opened at 8. Was an extremely busy day at my job and I explained that to the person I spoke with , anyway the tech was available about two hours later , met me at my home , diagnosed the problem and had a new part on the way and installed in about 40 minutes . And I was back at work in no time . Very pleased with the sevice and professionalism .

Their scheduling is accommodating. Technicians are professional and skilled. Their prices are reasonable, they give you a good service for a fair price.

I have a service plan with them and they came out in the Fall and Spring pleased with the service.
