+ -1 moreThey cut down the tree and topped a tree. The problem I has was that there was some damage on the roof from one of the limbs they cut. I had to get them to come back out and repair the roof. I'm not sure how many people came to complete the service because it was a rental property. They left the area clean.

+ -1 moreMy Bartlett pear tree lost a limb over the weekend. I called Arbor Pro first thing Monday morning. They said they would be at my house within 30 minutes and they were. After looking at the downed limb and the tree itself, they recommended taking the tree down as it was rotting internally. I had noticed the rot on Sunday when I went out to try to move the limb, so their recommendation came as no surprise. They quoted me a a very reasonable price and said they could take care of the tree then and there. Within an hour the tree was down, the yard was cleaned up, and they were done. I am very pleased with their work, professionalism, and price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They came out when they were supposed to. They gave me a written estimate. We were in contact up to the date that we agreed on for them to come out. They showed up on time. They were very professional. They cleaned up afterwards. They stayed until they got the job done.

+ -1 moreThey arrived with a crew, a large chipper, a crane, saws, and a Bob Cat. Professional crew with positive attitudes. This was an all day job and they did not goof off. After the trees were all down and chipped, they cleaned up the resulting debris from the street, driveway, around the pool and yard. EXCELLENT company which did a professional job.
Description of Work: Trimmed two trees in front and took out seven or eight large trees plus several smaller ones.

+ -1 moreFrom the moment I called them, my stump problem was finished. They came out and gave me an estimate and we set up a workday for the following week. They came out at the appointed time and made short work of the problem. I hate the fact that my trees are gone but love the fact that my yard looks great with no ugly stumps and large roots showing. I will plant a replacement tree in Jan. I will use Arbor Pro at the same time to trim and beautify my large Water Oak, it really needs to be cleaned up. Wonderful company to deal with. Professional in every way.
Description of Work: Arbor Pro ground down three stumps of large trees that I had removed from my front yard. I had been advised to remove these three Bartlett Pear trees over 9 years ago. In October one split in two, taking down electric, telephone and cable wires. I had a friend who is an arborist remove that tree and two more Bartletts before they decided to fall onto my house. My friend did not have a stump grinder. I checked Angie's List and called Arbor Pro.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. They were on time for the estimate and their estimate was exactly in line with what we already had in mind. They scheduled the work for 7-10 days later. They showed up to do the work right on time. They used professional equipment, worked fast, cleaned up and charged what they said they would charge. Great deal all around, will definitely call them again if needed.

He and his employees were very prompt, courteous, and professional in every aspect. The finished product was exceptional in every way. They left the work area completely free of debris as if they had never been here. We were truly very impressed.

The next day the problem tree was gone, plus another stump from several years ago. They were clean , fast and professional. I will call on them most definitely the next time I have a dead tree.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them. You may get someone cheaper. However, you could end up like the people next door a few years ago. where uninsured people cut down a tree and damaged their roof and did not pay to fix it. Arbor pro has the proper equipment and they are professionals. I would use them every time if needed.

+ -1 moreThey did a marvelous job. They were well equipped, extremely professional, and cleaned up after they were finished. They even scheduled to come back at a later date to finish up the work in order to avoid any damage to the backyard.
Description of Work: They took out a very large tree and trimmed some other trees. The work involved them actually cutting other limbs and lifting it with a crane over the house.

+ -1 moreCalled Arbor Pro to get an estimate on removing some trees likely to fall on my house or power lines and to trim and remove some tree to open up my deck. Explained the work to the estimator and was quoted a very reasonable price for what I considered to be a complicated situation. Crew showed up on time and began work. They finished the whole job in 6 hours. The crew was very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with the results. I will use them again when the need arises.

+ -1 moreI had a medium sized hardwood fall from my natural area landing on my fence (fence was still standing but I was certain it would fall soon!)...tree then extended onto the road right of way. I noticed this downed tree on a Saturday and I elected to call Arbor Pro on Sunday knowing full well they would not be working, but I thought if I left a voice mail they might just call me first thing on Monday. To my surprise they returned my call later on Sunday afternoon and told me they would have someone (owner) there first thing Monday morning. This small business was about as responsive as it gets, if you need a quality tree service, you won't be disappointed with Arbor Pro. More to follow after the second round!
Description of Work: The owner stopped by, gave me an estimate which I accepted on the spot, and had an Arbor Pro specialist (owner's son) there within the next 2 hours! Tree was removed quickly and neatly with no problems encountered. While the owner was here I asked for an additional estimate to remove four smaller hardwoods that were threatening my fence line. I also accepted that estimate and am awaiting the return of Arbor Pro to complete the second estimate of work.

+ -1 moreI contacted Arbor Pro about removing or trimming a dying tree from my back yard. Annette was very helpful on the phone, and told me they were really busy with removing trees and debris from some recent storm damage, but that she would have someone check out the tree as soon as possible. I told her I was in no rush, so that was fine. That same day, Roger contacted me and explained my options, including prices. I arranged a visit for the following weekend. Annette contacted me several days before the visit and told me the guys would be in my area in a few days; she contacted me the same day about 2 hours ahead of time to let me know they would be on-site the same day. When the guys arrived on site, I explained that I wanted some dead limbs trimmed and was hoping to try to save the tree. Roger (I think) explained why he thought the tree was dying (sugar bugs), and gave me some ideas on how to try to save it, and what trees seem to work well in this area (post oak). They trimmed the branches I specified and did a great job with cleanup. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

+ -1 moreI called Arbor Pro after a big overnight storm that broke off a HUGE branch of the tree in front of my house. The branch was too big for me to move and I didn't have the tools to cut it up. When I called, I spoke with a knowledgeable and pleasant person who took down my information. She also explained that due to the amount of storm damage done overnight, she couldn't give me an exact time. She said that someone would be by my house before dark to look at my damage. Sure enough, someone from Arbor Pro came by later that day, the owner himself. He looked at the damage, got out his trusty saw, cut up the branch and put the wood by the curb for pickup. I asked him "How much?" He said "No charge" as it was a very small job for them and he was in the neighborhood. As an older person, I really appreciate their professionalism and their kindness. Believe me when I say that Arbor Pro will be my first call when I need some landscaping done in the future.

Also, did not lie and say that healthy trees were "sick" or "infested" when they were not, which another bidder did. We needed a lot of dead trees removed from our seven acres, and they came out the next week and had the job done in two days, as promised. Very good job of not tearing up the soil or other plants while felling and removing the dead trees. Plan to use them again.

+ -1 moreWithin a couple of days of calling Arbor Pro, my trees were removed at the estimated price. The two large trees (about 80 feet tall) were next to my power lines coming to my house. They moved heavy equipment on my lawn, took out the trees and were finished in under 3 hours. The lawn had minor damage, but I was thoroughly satisfied with the condition of the lawn and my yard in general after the job was complete. If you have trees in dangerous/difficult areas, I would recommend these guys. They have what it takes to do any tree removal that you need.

Their price was the best out of the three estimates I received from other services. After I agreed to the price, they came out the NEXT DAY and did the job. They removed the tree, and trimmed all of the other trees that were damaged. Their cleanup went great as well! I was impressed with this company from start to finish, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Roger, Jeremy and a team of 4 other workers removed 5 LARGE trees from our front and back yards and trimmed some extremely high branches on a side-yard tree that were overhanging the 2nd story roof in a dangerous way. All of these trees were threatening to fall in the next big storm; one had a root structure that was raising the concrete sidewalk making it unsafe. Annette returned my call the same day I made my inquiry and Roger came to do the physical inspection and provide an estimate the very next day. The work was completed the following week. This was a BIG job and they did it without removing my back yard fencing! The team arrived around noon on Tuesday and completed the work by noon on Wednesday, clearing away all the debris and grinding out all the stumps. For what it's worth, I called 2 other tree services for estimates. One was $1000 higher and the other didn't return my call until after the work was completed. Yes -- I will hire them again when I have more work to be done. The entire team was conscientious, courteous and professional every step of the way. I really appreciate that they were so responsive and timely as I wanted this work done prior to a family graduation party.
