I was disappointed in the quality of work. I checked the reviews on this company on Angie's list and while there were some negative reviews, I read his responses and thought I would give the guy a chance. His bid was $500 less than BTOPS Landscaping and Steve seemed reassuring that I would be pleased. I should have questioned him further when he was confused why BTOPS would specify Buff Mortar Mix and Portland Cement. All Seasons web site has Steve's landscaping certifications prominently displayed, so I didn't question his methods or the materials he planned to use. He is supposed to be the expert. At a minimum I would have expected him to tell me that he did not intend to use Buff Mortar Mix and Portland Cement and he knew or should have known what he was quoting me was something very different than the quote from BTOPS Landscaping. http://landscapingallseasons.com/montgomery-alabama-landscaping-lawn-maintenance-services/certifications/ What I ended up with was some small crushed stone. That was all the material he brought to install the flagstone that I had delivered. I did meet Steve during the day while they were still at work laying the flagstone to pay him the balance. (He required 1/2 upfront three weeks prior to the work being done. That should have been a red flag). I had another major project going on at the time and I didn't notice there was no sand base as the crushed rock was already in place. I told him it looked good and paid him. The construction workers that were working on the screen enclosure told me to take a closer look at the quality of work. They were there the whole time and realized there was no sand base or screed to level the flagstone. Later that evening I looked a little closer. I realized there was no sand screeded in order to level the flagstone. A sand base leveled with a screed is a basic requirement. It's critical so the hardscape is level. Steve's quote states "Flagstone provided by homeowner, all other materials provided by Season Landscaping". I didn't even think to have him specify the materials on his quote as BTOPS did. I feel like my naivete may have been taken advantage of. I then contacted Steve several times via e-mail before he would reply. He did call and as I was explaining the above he stated repeatedly that I was happy when I paid him and he couldn't understand why I was not happy now. Even though I pointed out to him the issues I noted above, he stated I was being influenced by a bunch of screen installers. As if they would not understand landscaping. The screen contractor and his installers who were installing a large screen enclosure on my property were real professionals and they were simply pointing out to me what is standard practice in construction.

Steve took a vision we had and made it better. He arrived on time and him and his worker worked very hard to completed the patio in 2 days, which was his estimate of the time it would take to complete the patio. To says that we were pleased would be a understatement. He was very reasonable with his fee, in fact I thought I would have to pay much for this paver patio to be done.

Used them once and their work was ok but not great. Wanted to give them another chance and they FAILED.

This company wanted 50% of the price before they even started the job.The surface preparation was uneven, with dips and shallow areas.. There are large gaps and holes between the pieces of sod. There are broken pieces of sod that were used. The edges of the sod on one area was not in contact with the soil but rather was laid over some monkey grass we have around the mailbox area. The edges of the lawn by the driveway has a lot of the old weeds growing through. He was susppose to come back and replace a section of sod that is brown and even out areas of the lawn that has dips and shallow parts and we have yet to hear from him. We are doing our backyard now and have chosen a different company.

Steve is very professional and punctual. He arrived on time and gave be a clear and reasonable estimate and discussed exactly what I wanted. He and his crew arrived on the day and time he said and really did good and thorough work. I'll definitely use them again.

Steve came out for the estimate and explained everything very well. They showed up on the exact date they promised to do the work. They even came back twice after talking to us to make sure everything was exactly how we had envisioned. He was incredibly professional and great to work with, a genuinly nice guys. I would recommend him and I would use his service again.

From Angie's List, I found All Seasons Landscaping and called for an estimate. Steve Toussaint, the owner returned my call immediately and we set an appointment. He came when he said he would and he gave us the estimate and we decided on the spot to give him the job. He gave us a date when the job would be completed and we paid half. Steve came before we expected him and completed the job in the same day, cleaning up all the job debris and even putting out the soaker hose for us that we had obtained. We decided to add one more tree and he came first thing the very next Monday to put that in, doing the same great work and cleanup. He added an additional soaker hose without even being asked to do so. We are very pleased and will certainly call him again if we need him. Steve has a website that gives his information and you can also fill out information for him to call you or you can call his cell number.

They showed up when they said they would, completed big job in two days, and did exactly what we agreed on. The yard was once pristine but had become overgrown due to physical disabilities. They did a great job, cleaned up, and arranged for periodic further maintenance. No problems at all, very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work.

Very prompt reply to website email contact! Work was discussed, estimated, and begun within a matter of days - much faster than I had anticipated. Very professional, excellent plant and bed border recommendations, and beautiful finished gardens - front and back. Flower bed design blends in with existing plant and home structure perfectly. Definately will call again if the need arises!

Not very punctual. Took alot of breaks. Mentioned that grass and weeds would not grow thru the flagstone patio, yet we were combatting weeds all summer long. Used our own materials instead of bringing in dirt and retaining wall bricks to work the project. Left tree debris in yard for several days before cleaning up.

IVery unprofessional. initially they brought the wrong trees to my house and had to go back and get different types. Planted the trees to close together and when I called to complain; he hung up in my face. Tried to resolve thru BBB but eventully ended up pulling 2 of the 5 trees up myself so they would not catch root. The only thing that I initially wanted them to do is correct the work.
