 + -1 more30 minutes late, but called to say they were running late. Price was very reasonable and work was great. Offered other services for needs they noticed while cleaning. We will do these next time we schedule to clean.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned carpeting which had been and quot;cleanedand quot; ---twice--by another company. The carpet was soiled due to workmen doing bathroom renovation. After the other company left, cleaning solution remained in the carpet and every step left double the soil. Alabama Carpet specialists left the carpet clean; they remarked that the carpet was extremely soiled. This is a locally owned and operated company and they take pride in their work. A+

The first time I used them, I was very satisfied with them. The second time however I was not impressed with their work.They did not discuss with me what they were going to do or how they were going to do it. I was on site and they could have consulted me about what they were going to do. I have had the same work done before by a previous company and the difference in the price was 5 times the cost of the previous one.I talked to the owner and he was adamant that that was the cost of their services. They handled the whole situation unprofessionally. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: There was a water intrusion in the house and I called Alabama Carpet Specialist to take care of it.

 + -1 moreNo doubt I'll call Alabama Carpet Specialists again, and recommend them to my neighbors.
Description of Work: These guys were really great; they called before they arrived, they were there on time and went right to work. My carpet had some pretty nasty pet-stains but I was plesently surprised how well they got them out. Just two guys working as a team, each knew what to do next without much tralk between them, it was obvious they have their routine down pat! Gone within one hour and didn't spend time trying to sell me incidentals like some other carpet cleaners. They even sent a follow-up thank-you note for the business.
