He came the same day called, arrived when he said he would, called 10 min before to let me know he would be there, and spent one hour on the job. He also was sensitive to the color of the new lock in the old fixture and let me choose which color, brass or chrome I would prefer and made sure the two fixtures were aligned and had me test both from inside and outside. All in all, an excellent job. Price seemed fair and he was sweet to my dog. I would happily use him again or refer him to my pickiest friend , neighbor, or relative.

With purchase of new property I called Action Locksmith to change locks and make additional keys. Phone was answered immediately. They provided prompt, profession service at what I feel was a VERY reasonable price. Locksmith was very courteous and worked quickly. Highly recommend this business!

FAST service, not only prompt but early, called to update she was coming. Service is blazing fast, professional, extremely reasonable, all locks work by 1 key, none of the locks are upside-down now (didn't realize how annoying that was until she corrected it). I'm so glad three other locksmiths didn't return my calls before I contacted Action. Outstanding, couldn't be happier, thanks Pam!
