Lawn mowers were picked up, repaired, cleaned and delivered. Excellent service and response. Better than expected. I will certainly use him again.

The problem occurred when I asked about a Husqvarna service bulletin. (Husqvarna is partially to blame when I spoke to their customer service and requested a parts update and service problem, they were elusive and basically explained that all service matters were for dealers or I should go to a dealer). When I posed the bulletin question to Land S, the counter referred me to the Service Manager, Lance, who was rude and condescending. He wanted $75 to answer a simple question. He made it clear he could care less about any manufacturer's bulletins. I went to another small engine repair service, 3M in Pelham, AL. They were friendly, very helpful, and, although they are not a Husqvarna dealer, they answered my question. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I will not return to Land S for any reason, nor will I buy any Husqvarna products in the future.

I met with the owner, Lance, who was willing to take a lot of time on a busy day to educate me on the differences among different riding mowers and help me decide what suited my needs. He didn't even come close to trying to talk me in to more mower than I actually needed. Lance was kind enough to deliver, at no charge, the mower all the way to my house ~25 minutes one way. He and his employees seem like hard working honest people that keep a tidy shop/showroom and know their stuff. I will shop there again even though other options are much closer. The only problems I had were minor - the tires were all improperly inflated (2 over inflated 2 under inflated) and the cutting deck was very unbalanced (about an inch lower on one side). I assumes these things would be set correctly before purchase.

They were very friendly and examined the two items, called me with an estimate and then repaired both items. They both work fine now. I was very pleased with their service.
