+ -1 moreI always wonder if I'm going to be at the repairman's mercy. The overall experience with Mr Dowdell was painless.
Description of Work: I phoned Mr. Dowdell at approx. 7:00 am, my air conditioner had gone out overnight. He informed me that he had a busy schedule today and it would probably be after 5:00 pm before he could get to me. He called at 12:15 pm, to say he was enroute to my home. He arrived approx. 15 minutes later. Diagnosed and repaired the problem within 45mins. Mr Dowdell had done work for me once before. He is always professional and pleasant. His prices and quality of work is exceptional! Would reccomend him to everyone!Ov
