Description of Work: I have yet to have my laundry room and third bedroom deep cleaned though paid for on first visit. 1st deep clean team did a great job but ran out of time to do the third bedroom and laundry room which I agreed to pay for, for the extra time it would take to get to them. Second team, not near as professional; I was home for this visit and team members argued over who got what assignment. They clearly complained to one another when team help was needed. I was told on that visit that nothing would be cleaned that could not be moved with one hand. This was not the case with the first team that worked really hard and moved items to clean alongside them (I do not expect furniture to be moved of course, but laundry baskets and plastic shelving I can lift with one arm, I do. I was told at the end of the second visit that the initial third room cleaning and laundry room deep clean was not on the work list so it could not be done on this visit either. Again I was asked to pay for additional time cleaning. I paid for the 2nd visit but not the additional time asked for because the areas were left virtually untouched because of their, "one hand" rule. The first visit cost me almost $600.00 total. Second visit, over $250.00. And still the two rooms not touched. I left a detailed voicemail to the Fairhope, AL office to report my concerns. I received no reply but subsequent voicemail asking for the additional rooms amount. I sent a detailed email of my concerns to the company email at same office. Again, only voicemail asking for the extra rooms fee, no addressing of the third bedroom and laundry room paid for, nor that the extra rooms on 2nd visit were virtually untouched. I am on Disability for seizures and imbalance and had told the office from the first contact that this is why I appreciated the service, because of the difficulty in cleaning all these areas of my home. I was hurt by these voicemail saying that I was not paying, "these women that worked so hard", when in fact I paid for the visit for the time initially agreed and was very unhappy at the result of approving the extra rooms which were not done. I was so upset afterwards in inspecting the work, that I took 10+ photos of cobwebs left on the ceiling, totally u touched pet feeding areas, open shelves where objects were not moved much less dusted, dirty baseboards, a one side of sink of rinsed dishes untouched and dishwasher not unloaded, etc. I had used this service for supposedly their professionalism and their guarantee, " let us know if it's not right and we'll fix it till it's right". Well, I did let them know and now I am currently being plagued with registered letters. Totally disappointed and in addition, I feel that the over $700 I've paid for two of The Maid visits was totally not worth the sum of its parts because of the second visit. Incidentally, the excellent first visit team had mentioned to me that if I had problems with the second team to let them know. Apparently this was not a new incident to them. Also, the ladies that did the floor cleaning and bathrooms the second visit did work hard and did a good job, but again the additional rooms (third bedroom and laundry room) were not touched. I was not going to pay twice for rooms that have remained untouched. Very disappointing. I would like to have resolution made for this situation.

(Linoleum and wood floors) Everything looked and smelled great. I was impressed that non-toxic cleaning agents were used. I also have 2 cats and a dog; informed them not to let them out. Not a problem. The price was a spring/deep clean so was reasonable. The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and asked what I wanted specifically. Also noted the pets/request to keep inside. The charge, time of service and job performed were all that we had discussed. Overall excellent job and would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I requested a thorough housecleaning prior to a visit from family for Thanksgiving, and got more than a thorough housecleaning--my home sparkled from top to bottom. The price was higher that we had originally expected, but the scope of work and the time required for what needed to be done was much greater than any of us had anticipated, so it was fair. They did baseboards, floors, dusted everything, thoroughly cleaned my rugs,as well as under the area rugs. The team was professional, organized, prompt, and their attention to detail was extraordinary. I now have them coming back on a routine basis, and continue to be extremely pleased with this group. I have already recommended them to friends.
