Donn was very nice and was quick to reply and set this up. He worked straight through and did en excellent job. Smells so fresh up there. Very reasonable. We will call him again.

Again I am very happy with Donn; he again did an outstanding job. As I said before my carpets are old, he made them look like new. Not only does he do great work but is on time and a very pleasant man. I have a couple more bedrooms to clean and he will do them.

the carpets are very old and very dirty!! Donn cleaned them and they look like new. Donn is a very nice man and very professional. He was prompt, calling about 15 minutes before arriving, on time. I am very pleased with his work and with him. He is coming to clean my upstairs carpets. Again, I am most pleased with his service and plan on using him again.

AWESOME!!! Price was excellent and Donn does a GREAT job! He is such a good guy - a truly good person - and he knows his business. The carpets had some stains that he took out and, when he left, the carpets looked new again! He was cleaning the bedroom carpets in a house that is rented. The previous renter had 3 dogs so Donn had a challenge. I got his name from my next door neighbor. They were extremely pleased with the price and how clean he got the carpets. He cleaned around their furniture and they were impressed. So, I hired him and had the same positive experience. Having used other cleaning companies, this guy puts them to shame. He is my permanent carpet cleaning guy now.

The work was done very well and professionally. The price was reasonable. He gave me a time, called 15 minutes ahead and asked if it was OK to arrive early. Of course, I said yes. I will definitely use Superior Carpet Cleaning again.

He's very trustworthy. I can leave a key for him, he'll do the cleaning, and close it up. He's very fair priced and he is a wizard with removing stains. Through my experience, there's been one or a couple times when he has said, "No, I can't clean that carpet in the den and living room, so, I want charge you for it," after he's tried to clean it. That's real fair, if you ask me. I don't have any complaints whatsoever.

He's been doing carpets for a long, long time and he was very thorough. He moved the furniture at no extra charge. He also deodorized at no extra charge. He raked the carpet, which was very nice. It was a very, very professional thorough job. It dried inside of 4 hours. I've used him for years and years. I tried other carpet cleaners and I wasn't happy so I've stayed with this guy. I will continue to use him.

My dog got sick. I could not reach my usual carpet cleaner. I went online to Craigs List. I like to use local, non -franchise companies (they seem to care more and give better service.) I was SHOCKED. He got the vomit all out. I highly reccomend this company to anyone who has had a bad expierience with any other company.
