made a date on friday for sat. 12-4 waited no call no show. monday morning they call and ask if i still want them to come.what a joke. never use this company.

After 3 hours and $830 later drain still not repaired. Stated would have to come back next day and need another $1500 dollars. Would not invoice my business all at once, required a payment each day even though we are a business.

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. They were originally scheduled to come out on a Friday, but it was raining. So they had to reschedule for the following Thursday. They brought several trucks so they had all the equipment they needed. The men were very easy to work with and kept my husband informed as the job progressed. The gas company had marked the wrong place in the yard for the gas line, so a gas line was broken. But the Roto-Rooter guys called the gas company right away and got it fixed without incident. And even though it is an expensive job I felt like they were reasonable for the amount of work that was done. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Service tech apologized for having missed the rag on the first visit, and extended the warranty. Very professional. No charge for return visit.

Courteous and prompt telephone service. Plumber came to house on time within promised time-frame. Quick, efficient job performance. Pipe was clogged far from sink. Quoted price was adhered to.

Afterwards, all of them had a leak. I had another person out and he said it was something as simple as the fittings. He didn't tighten up on the fitting and he didn't add something that was supposed to go in the fitting. I had a time getting them back out here. Tey were horrible. Then, when he brought the commodes I told him I wanted the receipt and the warranty. He said he didn't know where it was. I called the manager and he never called me. They just ignored me. They did send someone different to fix the leak because I told them I didn't want the same person out here. The last guy they sent was very nice and courteous. He asked me if everything was okay when he finished. He told me I could call him back again. The other one was horrible.

On Saturday I had a leak in the wall from hot water supply line under our slab. Called Roto Rooter to come isolate leak. I was delighted when they arrived the same day I called them. Technician looked around bathroom, noted water on master bedroom floor then proceeded to replace gasket on toilet (even though there was no evidence of a leak at toilet). He said everything was good and was probably just a backup in the septic system (again no evidence of such). After charging $130 to replace gasket he left. Bedroom floor continued to get wetter, and bathroom tile started showing signs of water seeping up from grout. On Monday morning at 0800 I called Roto Rooter back to let them know the issue had not been resolved. By 1700 no technician had arrived and the situation was much worse. I called another plumber who arrived Tuesday morning and isolated the leak in the hot water supply line under the slab. All in all this company wasted my time, allowed water to continue to leak in the house, and did a simple gasket replacement without even having a viable reason to suspect the need for a replacement. Avoid company unless you need them to unplug a drain or replace a sink knob.

I called another plumbing company on Friday, Feb 8th to schedule them to do some work to get our house ready to sale based on inspection and quot;fixesand quot; we agreed to make. Due to the weather, the company told me it would be the following Wednesday before they came out. (I may do a separate review on them). They didn't come on Wednesday and told me they'd come on Thursday, when they didn't call by noon on Thursday, I called Roto Rooter. The receptionist at Roto Rooter was very pleasant and told me she could have a plumber out that afternoon. The plumber arrived around 5pm, got under our house in the crawl space to see what was going on. Because it was dark, he scheduled to come back first thing in the morning with the right materials to fix the issues he saw. He gave us a quote and made sure we would be expecting him that morning. He was back on time the next day bright and early with materials and help. He and his assistant got the fixes taken care of quickly and he even wrote up on the invoice where water stains were detected that there were no active leaks. This helped us meet the inspection requirements to move forward with the sale of our home. About a week later, I actually asked for another quote for some additional work that we anticipated we might need. They showed up on time, walked through the potential project with my husband and gave us reasonable pricing for that project although we ended up not needing to have it done. I would recommend them based on my experience with them.

Tub showers and toilets overflowing. Called roto rotor at 8 am and by 9 they were calling to find the location of my place. I live in another county. From the first phone call to the service person it was a great experience and everyone was so helpful. I hope I never have to talk with them again for a problem BUT if I ever do I will be glad to use them again.

They were very personable, and professional. They were very careful for not tracking dirt in your house. They were very prompt. They have a reasonable price.

Complained about bill for unfinished work. Didn't matter.

They did a good job. I used them 20 years ago and they did a good job then. I am very satisfied with them. The quality was very, very good. I would certainly use them again.

My overall experience with them has been excellent. They were timely and did in the right way. The price, quality and responsiveness were fair. Punctuality and professionalism was excellent. I would use them in the future.

He came in and I had a drain stuck up. I had to actually remove the ball and piece of the wire spring come loose and lost in the drain. So I removed that and put a new one and reinstalled it. He did a good job and knew what he was doing. I really don't have any complaints. The price was little high but I think that plumbing is expensive. I would recommend him to anyone. He was a little late.

I've used them at work before so I used them at my home. They were very prompt and very good. They told me I could buy the heater or they could supply it, but it would be cheaper for me to get it. They were here Johnny-on-the-spot within an hour. They had everything they needed. They got the job done, cleaned up and were gone.

I suddenly lost all water pressure on the night of 11/10/2011 and a wall started shaking loudly. After checking some of the plumbing inside the house, I rushed outside to check the water meter. The red arrow was running rapidly! I wasn't able to turn the valve off with my wrench. I called Roto Rooter and their emergency guy, Rowdy, was at my home very quickly. I had a relative to stay with, so he turned off all water for the night and scheduled an appoinent for early the next day. David and a helper came to the appointment right on time, fixed the broken pipe under the house and answered many plumbing questions I had. I know there are cheaper plumbers in my area, but experience has taught me that you REALLY DO get what you pay for, and they gave excellent and professional service. Thanks, Roto Rooter!

Submitted request to have someone come out using their website. Got a confirmation number, a phone call, and the plumber showed up right on time. He was professional and showed me exactly what had been done wrong on the wiring. He suggested a less expensive alternative which helped b/c I was not able to afford the top product. He did the work quickly and left absolutely no mess behind. He ended up having to replace the sump pump, the two floats, and the wiring at the box.

They are good. We have a mobile home park, so they're out here a lot.

We called them in the evening and they promptly sent someone out the next morning to assess the problem. After locating and cleaning the sewer line, they ran a cable with a camera attached and found out our sewer line had a cable running right through the middle of the pipe. Next, with a backhoe, they dug a hole about 5 feet deep and five feet wide and located the sewer line. They repaired our sewer line in approximately 31/2 hours. (Cut out old pipe and replaced with new pipe). This work was done in our front yard, and the Roto-rooter men were very neat and extremely careful not to disturb more yard then necessary.

We have a sewage grinder that pumps the sewage from the house to the street that sets outside the house in a tank. It is attached to an alarm that will sound when it fails. The alarm went off about 9:45 PM Monday night. I isolated the alarm and called them Tuesday morning about 9:00 AM. They arived about 2 hours later and troubleshot the problem. The Grinder pump was not pumping fast enough and was vigorously shacking. So the gentleman had to remove the entire Grinder from the tank remove the wires attached to the alarm box and transport it to another location to be repaired. (About an hour away) They needed to replace a bushing seal within the grinder. 4 hours later he returned with the repaired Grinder and installed it within an hour. Tested it, and it works perfectly. Job well done. The gentleman explaine exactly what he needed to do, and called me from the repair shop to tell me the exactly cost of the repairs. He was very proffesional. He also mentioned that most plumers will not service sewage grinders due to a lack of knowledge and that Roto Rooter is one out a few in the area that will service them. If you call the phone number located on the alarm box for service, they will recommend Roto Rooter for sevice. They are an A+ company.

Everything turned out just fine. We haven't had any problems since.

I was satisfied with the work he did. He came when he said he would and worked at it until he got it cleared. He checked to make sure the lines in the house were flowing and not backing up.

They did a very good job. They seem to know what they are doing. They arrived on time and are very thorough and straightforward. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I would recommend them and continue to use them.

It was a long and frustrating process. The first technician was on our roof, digging around in the shrubs, etc., for hours. But we would never have had the equipment nor the expertise to do the work ourselves.
