+ -1 moreCarol, the owner, was very professional and answered all our questions adequately. She placed a sign in the front yard within an hour after we closed the contract and had a lockbox on the front door for the multiple listings agents. She inspected the house and was very thorough. We will see how well she represents us as our agent as time goes by.
Description of Work: The provider listed one of our rental homes with her agency and placed it on multiple listing for a quicker rental. She will handle all of the needs of the property - interviewing prospective tenants, providing a lease agreement, etc.
