These guys did a wonderful job. They are very dependable, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I have used Home Advisor twice in the last 3 months. The first time was for electrical work which took 15 minutes and cost $125. The second time was for roof repair which took about 5 hours and approximately $300 for material but cost $1800. On both occasions I only received one call back from a contractor represented by Home Advisor. My suggestion is to get competitive prices even from contractors not supported by Home Advisor before making a decision.

Shaun was prompt and courteous. He and his helper knocked out my repair to siding and new patio door within a few hours. I would recommend him for any future projects I may have.

Laborers need to come with the ability to take debit cards or accept zelle payments. My work was performed at our vacation home, and we did not bring the checkbook for the weekend. We had to take quite a bit of time to arrange payment of $600.00 on Zelle, eventually.

They explain to me what they were doing and did it well.

We had a leaky roof vent causing water in our bathroom ceiling and wall board. Shaun came the day we called and fixed the vent, replaced the other two vents, painted all the roof fixtures and cleaned out the dryer vent at a great price. Shaun is very personable and related well with my wife and I. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Shaun and his Dad did a great job repairing a hole in my roof. They came the day after I spoke with him and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with their service.

Shaun never showed me his contractor's license, workmen's comp insurance certificate or his City of Daphne permit even though I ask for them several times he kept saying he would bring the next day and he didn't. The work was shoddy and I am having to pay someone else to redo the 3 days work he did. He doesn't even realize how bad his work was and overcharged me as well. Ron is his dad not his brother. Did not clean up his mess at the end of each day, left nails and trash everywhere, peed behind my privacy fence, cracked my hardy board and tried to cover it up with caulk, did not match the hardy board with the corresponding wall, put my deck railing on upside down and directly onto the deck floor instead of it being off the deck floor per code, cut the step frame wrong and had to add boards on the sides to hold the steps, did not secure the bottom 2x6 board on the steps and board gave way and a friend fell in my yard. It was so bad and he still doesn't think he has done anything wrong. Fired him.

These guys were great! Shaun came to my house last minute for me on Friday night to check out my roof that was leaking, and explained everything so I understood what was going on & what needed to be done. He was honest and let me know things that did or didn't need to be replaced. He came with his guys the very next day to get my roof fixed before all the incoming rain. I will definitely reach out to them in the future!

River Construction replaced plastic gutters with upgrade aluminum gutters. They also replaced boots on two roof vents. The work done was very good and Shaun and his brother, Ron, were very personable and eager to do a good job. They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Overall a good experience!
