Mr. Etheredge, the plumber and owner of Professional Drain Service, responded to my call for assistance. He was on time, courteous and efficient. Water had been collecting in the tub, and with a deep freeze threatening, I was afraid to drip the faucet. He quickly assessed the problem. He installed a new trip lever and kept working with it until it worked smoothly. I was very pleased with his service and will be calling him the next time I need plumbing help.

Great. They did exactly what I needed.

We got an inspection on a home we were purchasing. They came out in good time and were professional and explained everything very well and shared with us what they felt were necessary expenses we might face in the short term and expenses which could wait or we're not necessary. Very honest and genuinely looking to save the consumer $. We also got a quote on a bathroom project we will be going. They were the cheapest of three quotes.

It was great. They are a very good company. They came right out. They will let you know when they are coming and how long. With any kind of service you get done at home, they will make sure you are home and they will let you know that they might be late from another job so that was good. They will let you know if they are on their way.

This service provider has a new repeat customer. Not only did they do the job for $40.00 less than anyone I could find, but they got the drain unplugged at about 40 feet then continued snaking the drain to the road to make sure the whole drain was clear. The technician was very polite and courteous.

it was great they came out the same day I called and the lady called and let u know what time they will b there, and they cleaned up , they were very friendly guys came out did their job and were talking and Jeffery said they do water heaters too, so we had them to come back and the next week and install that , and mr. etheredge did that and it went great it was done in about 2 hours the price was great. I will definitely have them do any plumbing I have I high recommend them. and I forgot the other guy name that helped Jeffery ,u was great as well and the lady at the office was great and like any service done, u have to just plan to stay home that day because sometimes other jobs they r doing may have a problem come up so b considered of that and everything will b ok.................
