Very professional. Very Helpful. Extremely polite. They normally don't work on Saturdays, but was very nice to do so for me, since normally I work Mon-Fri.. I had the wrong light fixture for the foyer so he told me what I needed and I ran up and did an exchange for the correct thing, while he continued to work on other projects. I would and will definitely use Kevin again.

See above - now I am looking for another electrician to do the work. We were actually able to do some of the work ourselves.

Presley and Son was recommended by a friend. Steve Presley and BIll Copeland arrived on site 30 minutes early. It was raining. I showed them the barn lamp I wanted installed. Showed the folurescent lamp I wanted reworked and installed. Mr. Presley said I could buy a new lamp for less than rebuilding the old one. He assembled the barn light and looked where to install it. He went outside in the rain to judge the installation location. I next offerred to take them to the house to see the other jobs I wanted done. He declined saying he had a job to get to. He said he would get back with me Monday (4/8/2013). I called on Sunday and left a message to coordinate arrival time. I called again Monday morning and left a message. I stated that I had a conflict the rest of the week and lets try to reschedule. No returned call. I called again Friday evening (4/12/2013) and left a message to meet with him on Monday (4/15/2013). No returned call. I called again Monday afternoon and left a message that I woud find another electrician. I have another electrician coming at 8:00 AM Tuesday (4/16/2013). Mr. Presley never billed me for assembling the barn lamp which is to be installed.

Kevin and Steve were very professional. They performed the repairs in good time and at a fair price. They also cleaned up after themselves. When I called them for a second quick task I had forgotten about, they performed it that same day. I would definitely recommend this company.

They called in the am and a two man crew (Kevin and Steve) were here within the hour. I showed them what needed to be done and they finished in less than three hours. Very professional and smart. Provided advice on replacement of 60 year old and quot;Touchplateand quot; wall switches that had become and quot;crankyand quot; and unserviceable. I accessed the manufacturer's site and ordered new parts. This was extremely helpful.

We have been pleased with him. He is prompt and his quotes are pretty much on the money.
