+ -1 moreWithin less than 30 days of listing our house in Oakleigh with Parrish, we had a contract and it closed about 6 weeks later. This quick sale was not due to luck, or pricing the house very low; it was because of Parrish. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was excellent at all aspects of the sale (many agents are only good at one or two): marketing, sale, pricing, negotiating and then handling the details of getting it closed. One of the most important skills for a Realtor these days is internet marketing and social networking. Most agents in Mobile are not as Internet-savvy as they need to be. I think Parrish is the best.
Description of Work: She listed our house in Oakleigh, had professional photos taken (by James Avera, also highly recommended), got us a contract (quickly) and also closed it quickly.
