doesn't work refused to fix NEVER HIRE THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS UNLESS YOU WANT HALF THE JOB DONE AND LIES THE FIX IT NEVER NEVER NEVER

We had gotten several quotes for fencing our backyard. Most of the yard was to be fenced in black chain link while the street facing portions were to be black aluminum. We chose Mobile fence based on a lower quote for the job. The material and installation, once completed properly looked ok. What we were not happy about was how long the job took and how long it took mistakes to be corrected as well as how the job was performed. My complains about how the job was done include; 1. dirt from holes dug for fence post left in the yard. 2. dirt from holes for fence post left in gravel french drain that had to be dug out and gravel screened at my expense. This also led to this dirt being washed into my carport when we had a heavy rain. 3. Installation of aluminum fence across a defined opening was not centered and looked absolutely stupid when the end section ended up being about 12 inches across. Took several months to get this fixed properly and I had to specifically put marks on the ground as to how it should be laid out. 4. Despite having specific drawings of fence location and confirmation via a phone conversation, a portion of the chain link fence was installed in the wrong spot. 4. A portion of the aluminum fencing was not installed in the right place. Reason given was that a post was not going to support a gate properly. So instead of calling to discuss a change to the plan, they just decided to install as they saw fit. To install this portion properly, they had to order a stronger gate post which again took months to get installed and even had to re-install when the post began to sag. 5. Cleanliness of the job was appalling, cigarette butts left in yard, cement slopped on driveway, extra cement dumped in landscape beds, and the dirt issue listed in item 1. I would NOT recommend this company. I have had two previous experiences with Hagan Fence that were much more satisfactory and though more expensive, the quality of material and workmanship were much better.
