Description of Work: He replaced my floor. I had a old heating grate in the floor and Mr Mauldin replaced the hardwood and stained it to match.

+ 3 moreWe were pretty satisfied with his work. He seemed very professional and did the work as requested. He went out of his way to assist us because we were just moving to the area and he was refinishing the floor and he assisted us with getting the water turned on because we were having a problem getting that done. That was really not part of his job but he went out of his way to assist us with that. The prices seemed reasonable but we didn't do any comparisons. It took a little longer to get the work done than we had hoped. He was usually here when he said he would be. We have contacted him for some advice on some other contractors and he recommended a roofing company to us. We paid $5,000 for the work he did on the garage.
Description of Work: We used Mauldin Flooring Contractor to do a kind of refinish on our floors and he did some general kind of rehab work on a garage apartment on our property. He put some drywall and repaired some flooring. He poured a concrete floor.
