+ -1 moreHorrible he sent his son and his son was horrible and mean. Acted like he was too good to complete the inspection spent more time on his cellphone than doing what he was paid to do.

+ -1 moreJohn Glover did a thorough examination of the property. Because I live outside of Fairhope, John proceeded to inspect in my absence and provided me with an excellent written report and supporting photos. He provided me the report and pictures in an email so I did not have to wait. He made himself available to review his findings and provide me with a very good verbal analysis of the report. He thorughly described findings that were of importance to me as a buyer. He coordinated with the current tenant to allow him in to inspect the condo and with the bank providing the mortgage. I didn't have to go out of my way to coordinate with involved parties which was wonderful for me. I highly recommend John to anyone needing a home inspection.
Description of Work: Provided a thorough inspection of the condo both inside and out. Took many pictures of his findings. Documented his findings in a thorough manner in a report that was supported by pictures.

+ -1 moreAs before, Mr. Glover arrived exactly on time, He explained what he was going to do in detail, listened to any questions we had and answered them fully. He worked quickly but inspected the property from top to bottom, literally. When complete, he showed us any concerns, wrote the inspection report while we were there, explaining what was written. Polite and professional, this is the second time I have had the pleaure to use his service. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone needing any type of home inspection.

+ -1 moreAs stated above, the service was prompt, complete and excellent.
Description of Work: I can without question say this gentleman provided the best service I have had in a long time. He called me back promptly to set an appointment to inspect a house I am considering buying. He called me the day of inspection to make sure of the address and that we still had the appointment. Mr. Glover arrived on time with all equipment necessary to do an exhaustive inspection. He was couteous, friendly but professional. He explained every step of the inspection. The whole process took about 3 and 1/2 hours but he inspected every inch of the house, outside, crawl-spaces, underneath, electrical, plumbing, foundation and outside decking, taking photos every step. The package he presented to me was professional, complete with the photos he had taken and detailed information. If I ever need another inspection, this man will be who I call. As a matter of fact, if I proceed with the purchase of this house, I will be calling him to inspect the septic system.
