Description of Work: Mr Reed came to our property and preformed a soil perc test, he was suppose to provide a plan to the mobile county health department. After several weeks and many phone calls he finally submitted the plan. The mobile county health dept. did not approve his plan, and tried to contact him to revise it. Mobile county health dept.,was unable to make contact with him. After a phone call to his phone every day he still has refused to make contact or revise his plan. Today we hired another soil tested and will be taking mr reed to small claims court.
