Hughes Handyman Service

He was hired to fix my mom's stove. He came and half did the job. Ordered parts we waited on for weeks and never showed back up! Been looking for him every since. I've filled a complaint with the better business bureau as well as going to file charges for falsified work!!!

Hired Billy Hughes to set up a front loader washer and dryer on pedestals and reinstall them into the laundry room. Called me within a few minutes of inquiring and came the next morning. Everything went smoothly and he is friendly and performed the task without any issues. I will definitely use him again if I need any type of appliance services.

He came quickly but took a week to get the part and put it in. But he was very nice and helpful.

Billy did a great job and was professional and still very friendly and personable as he worked to make the repairs. I will definitely continue to use Hughes Handyman Service.

The repairman came out the same day I talked time on the phone. Quoted me a price for the repairs on Thursday returned on the following Tuesday after the parts came in prepared my wash machine. Cleaned up where they worked on it and liable to wash. The repairman was very courteous explain all aspects of the repair process clearly.

I made the request for a repair online, and Billy, the owner, called me back within 30 seconds. He committed to a time and was at my house when he said he would be there. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me what it was and fixed it. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair that you need. Thank you, Billy.

Mr. Hughes runs a very professional and honest business. He was hired to fix the spin cycle on my dadâ s washing machine. It took the parts a little longer than expected to come in; however, when they came in Mr. Hughes came over immediately to make the repair. He kept the work area nice and clean and heâ s a polite person to talk to and to ask questions. Iâ ve run the washing machine three times since the repairs were made and everything seems to be working like a charm.

Did not complete the job as quoted. Price he charged was higher than others in the area but I went with him because he could come a little faster. Attempts to reach him only ended in him asking for more money. Unfortunately I cant trust his services to use again in the future.

This serviceman was so polite and courteous despite the problems of the part being routed in error to another destination and the unexpected change of the weather that also caused a delay. When he was actually able to complete the work, it was done well as was expected. Thank you, Mr. Hughes.

I hired him to fix my refrigerator but he did not do anything to find out what was wrong with it and still charged me $120 dollars. Said that they do not make parts for my refrigerator anymore, but after he left I took it up on myself to find out what was wrong with it, and low and behold the fan motor is bad, and I also found the part on Amazon. I personally think he is a con artist that will take your money and leave you high and dry. Tried telling me he does not like using parts from Amazon, but that should be up to the customer right. He should return my money, because I have got three young kids in my house and I am disabled also, so he should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of someone that is actually dying from COPD. Please dont let him work on your stuff

Very courteous, and works hard. A little steep on cost, but everything is high now. When he says heâ s 10 minutes away, thatâ s what he meant. He is adamant on saving you money.
