+ -1 moreI had a problem getting the TV to work, it turned out to be a problem with my At&T U-Verse. The manager, Hugh, whom I spoke with was more than gracious. With no questions asked he gave me another one. I was already having a horrible day dealing with AT&T U-Verse. They are new to the area, and the competition from Best Buy is stiff. I want people to know that they are a viable option. Their staff is well trained and their manager went out of his way to be nice when he could have given me a hard time.
