I had asked Mr. Haney to meet with me first as I was 'shopping' for a real estate agent - and we hit it right off. Mr. Haney is a good judge of character, and helped me look at locations I had previously found online. I've learned from my parents to be organized - listing out what I wanted, what I needed, and what I didn't want at all. Looking for houses was a relatively short time; we took one Saturday and visited about 10 homes. The original house I wanted was foreclosed out from under me, but the house I wound up with was right down the street, and I am very pleased with it.
Description of Work: Mr. Wayne Haney is an excellent real estate agent. He's responsive, before and after the sale of the house, and very professional. He treated me with every respect and courtesy and was very easy to work with. He knows the area, and knows all of the ins and outs of the paperwork his clients need to work through. He was able to read my reactions to various houses very well, and helped me find a house that was perfect for my first home. With his help, I was able to purchase a short-sale house in a much shorter time than usually happened. I recommend Mr. Haney for a real estate agent if you are looking in the Mobile County Area.
