Handy Guys Moving Service

We were quoted a price and told that it may change and I was ok with that. When the move was complete, I paid them an amount that was over the estimate and itemized. I got a second invoice the next day for over $2,000 more and the original link to the invoice changed to the higher number. The movers showed up 2 hours late to begin packing. We were being charged for the additional boxes that were being used to pack us up and as we have unpacked, we found many of the boxes were packed halfway and didn't have any packing material to prevent damage. One of the crew was sick and threw up in the storm drain in front of the house. When they unpacked, they piled everything in the garage. I had a recliner seat on top of a mattress that was piled on top of a desk and a partial box of my sons toys. Some boxes were labeled "Stuff". Scheduling, Billing and partially the crew have been unprofessional and sloppy.

They showed up 5 hours late and ended up taking 2 days, caused approximately $3,000 worth of damage to our stuff, and now won't communicate with us after offering to file an insurance claim for the damage (it's been almost 6 months). Unfortunately, we are having to file in small claims court to get our damages covered. I would NOT recommend!

They showed up 5 hours late, damaged our stuff and the house, asked for photos and quotes for repair/replacement, but refuse to follow through after 4 months! Very unprofessional! I would not recommend them!

Used Handy Guys Moving to relocate some employees in Mobile, AL, and they did a fantastic job. Their rates were straightforward, their work was professional, and their attitude was fantastic. From beginning to end, I had nothing but the best possible experience and will absolutely hire them again!
