Service was excellent. One call was made to the company and then they came out and brought pictures of styles to choose from. 10 days later a beautiful fence now stands between me and my neighbors junky yard. The Hagen fence company is completely professional and the fence is perfect.

They did an excellent job. The price was reasonable.

Sam is nice about providing advice (including options that he didn't think were worth the extra money). Sam also brought samples. If I've had questions or concerns, Sam is helpful. Installation had a scheduling delay, but the installers did an excellent job. Sam is good about coming in person to address questions & concerns before & after the sale.

I am satisfied with the services provided. I would use him again.

Never will use Hagan Fence.

They were okay. I didn't really have any real complaints. I did have to have a gate readjusted that started sticking a few months later. I don't have any other experience with any other fencers in town so I can't compare. The fence is still standing so they did okay. They used nail guns to put up the boards and I had to put screws in some of them because they became warped by the sun. I wish they would have put screws in but I don’t think any of them do that anymore. I didn’t compare their price. They were very responsive. I would consider using them again.

There estimate was higher than others I contacted so I went with company.

This was the first time I've paid to have a fence installed, and was a little overwhelmed by the price and the options. Sam was very nice about providing advice (including options that he didn't think were worth the extra money). I looked at a couple other companies (who had slightly lower quotes), but I felt that I was getting better quality and customer service with Hagan Fence. After approving the estimate, everything went exactly as promised. I'm very happy with the quality of the fence, and the installation experience.
