Description of Work: I want start this by saying this is the third time I have been burnt by an Angie's List rating system. | |The owner, Felipe Garcia, was three weeks late showing up to start the job (many excuses). His foreman should up before the start, and then only saw him for about 15 minutes for the rest of the time. As soon as I made the first payment Felipe became unavailable. According to his crew he was in Mexico. The same thing happened two weeks later when I made the second payment to him. | |He was hire to remove a partial wall and partial ceiling due to a water leak and black mold. He had his crew painting over black mold until we complained about it, and then he removed it. They taped up plastic to keep the mold and dust contained after we complained about it. Then wen they removed the tape the paint on the ceiling came with it, and they just left it. It took 'many' calls to get them back there to try and fix it. | |I made the mistake of paying in full and told Felipe I expected him and his crew to finish the job. Six weeks later they still have equipment here and they have not returned. | |It was not all bad. The granite counter tops had to come out along with some of the cabinetry, and the removal and installation, and repair, were done very professionally. Though that was handled by some one they subbed it out to.

Description of Work: They installed sheet walk and did some painting.
